The Villa can be rented in two different ways. The first option is to rent La Casa only, ideal for groups of six people or less. The second option is to rent both La Casa and La Casita, particularly suitable for groups of more than six guests or those who need more than three bedrooms.

When La Casa is rented alone, La Casita is not made available for other tenants and simply remains closed.

Unless specifically requested, a full cleaning service is included at the end of your stay as well as once a week for long stays. Wi-Fi is available in both houses.

Arrivals are generally scheduled from 3 p.m., and departures at 11 a.m. We are flexible on these times if it suits you and if it is possible.

It should be noted that there are no security concerns in Chelem, and more broadly in the Yucatan. The crime rate is comparable to that of Switzerland!
